About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform supply chain and part quality troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with vendors and engineering teams.
  • Monitor performance and process through system analysis to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
  • Execute in-house calibrations and manage the collection and processing of measurement hand tools and equipment to external calibration vendors.
  • Conduct advanced incoming and outgoing part inspections to identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
  • Utilize advanced measurement equipment to test and measure inbound and outbound parts.
  • Work a specific shift schedule: C shift, Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or military equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years of experience as a semiconductor technician.
  • Proficiency with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, torque tools, and scales.
  • Strong metrology skills and experience with equipment troubleshooting and part replacement.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, statistics, part inspection, sampling, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT).
  • Master Certified Electronics Technician (CETma).
  • Certified Quality Technician (CQT).
