Calibration Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site calibration of customer equipment at customer facilities
• Follow documented calibration procedures, work instructions, and quality system requirements
• Accurately record calibration data and results in the calibration management system
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and communicate findings per company procedures
• Maintain calibration standards, tools, and company vehicle in good working condition
• Travel daily to customer sites and perform occasional overnight travel as required
• Meet productivity, scheduling, and turnaround time expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a calibration technician or in a related technical field
• Working knowledge of one or more calibration disciplines (torque, pressure, dimensional, electrical, or temperature)
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, specifications, and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory or field service environment
• Multi-discipline calibration experience
• Familiarity with calibration management software such as IndySoft
• Experience supporting regulated or enterprise customers
