About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and advanced calibration testing on various laboratory and plant equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Manage workload to meet production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with external calibration vendors to service instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain organized and controlled documentation in compliance with GAMP, FDA, cGMP, and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Report Out of Specification (OOS) results and perform necessary instrument adjustments.
  • Manage inventory of calibration standards and consumable supplies.
  • Perform data entry and database management in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the onboarding of new equipment and instruments.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of calibration Work Instructions.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of related experience and training.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • College-level mathematical skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs.
  • Full professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong reasoning skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and interpret technical instructions or diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Blue Mountain RAM.
  • Experience utilizing a wide variety of calibration test equipment.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and complete emergent tasks unsupervised.
