About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance, calibration, and technical support to manufacturing processes and facility equipment
- Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance on HVAC, freezers, bioreactors, and analytical instruments
- Coordinate and support external calibration service providers
- Track and report on calibration status of all facility equipment
- Maintain records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Source, qualify, and negotiate service contracts for lab operations
- Ensure timely completion of calibrations and compliant record keeping
Requirements
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree
- EET (Electronics Engineering Technology)
- 3-5 years of related Calibration/Metrology work experience
- Ability to understand user manuals, wiring diagrams, P&ID, and SOPs
- Proficiency with CMMS and advanced computer systems
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of hand tools
