Calibration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, calibration, and technical support to manufacturing processes and facility equipment
• Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance on HVAC, freezers, bioreactors, and analytical instruments
• Coordinate and support external calibration service providers
• Track and report on calibration status of all facility equipment
• Maintain records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Source, qualify, and negotiate service contracts for lab operations
• Ensure timely completion of calibrations and compliant record keeping

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree
• EET (Electronics Engineering Technology)
• 3-5 years of related Calibration/Metrology work experience
• Ability to understand user manuals, wiring diagrams, P&ID, and SOPs
• Proficiency with CMMS and advanced computer systems
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of hand tools
