Calibration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end calibration lifecycle including planning, execution, verification, and release
• Ensure calibration through ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories and verify certificates against defined criteria
• Maintain and monitor the Calibration Master List to ensure 100% on-time compliance
• Drive instrument control, proper handling, and traceability to national and international standards
• Monitor and report on Calibration KPIs such as on-time performance, failures, and overdue tools
• Lead CAPA and root cause analysis for calibration non-conformities
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and audit requirements
• Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and evidence readiness
• Manage vendor evaluation and onboarding based on ISO 17025 capability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Mandatory experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory environment
• Hands-on experience in instrument handling and calibration management
• Strong exposure to Masterlist tracking, KPI monitoring, and CAPA
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards
