Calibration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the calibration lab at the Chongqing plant
• Maintain and improve the calibration system, including periodic calibration execution and method improvement
• Coordinate with facility, production, and maintenance teams to ensure instruments are in good condition
• Partner with project teams to integrate new calibration items during plant rebuild periods
• Collaborate with gauge engineers to complete GR&R analysis
• Support quality system (QS) related work at both the plant and regional levels

Requirements

• B.S. or above degree in an Engineering-related major
• At least 3 years of experience in quality system-related work
• Strong knowledge of the quality calibration field
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental cooperation
• Ability to utilize programming to optimize quality systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or other computer languages
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced computer skills
