Calculator - Turnkey High-Rise Construction

Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of offers and calculation of projects involving internal and external specialists
• Assessment and examination of tender documents
• Quantity and cost estimation
• Creation of bills of quantities
• Development of special proposals and alternatives
• Preparation of price inquiries for subcontractors and suppliers
• Support during contract award negotiations

Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering, training as a construction technician, or comparable technical training
• Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
• Good MS Office and Outlook skills
• Proficiency in calculation and billing software (e.g., ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
• High level of technical and economic understanding
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
