Cajero Principal Bancario

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Teller team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with procedures
• Manage daily branch transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Provide high-quality customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience at the teller window
• Handle and resolve irregularities or problems in transactions and team operations
• Perform cash balancing, ATM replenishment, and end-of-day closing procedures

Requirements

• Degree in economic-administrative areas (in progress, intern, or graduated)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bank teller
• Proven experience with cash balancing, ATM replenishment, and daily closings
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy toward client needs
