Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to bank users regarding various financial services
- Manage cash operations, including cash handling, register balancing, and cash counts (arqueos)
- Execute cross-selling strategies for financial products such as credit cards, insurance, and portabilities
- Develop commercial skills and establish synergy with the branch work team
- Apply customer service best practices to ensure a positive user experience
Requirements
- Completed degree (Titulado or Pasante) in economic-administrative areas with official proof of studies
- At least 1 year of experience in cashier roles, call centers, customer service, or sales
- Proven experience in cash handling and sales processes
- Strong knowledge of customer service and sales techniques
