Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to bank users regarding various financial services
• Manage cash operations, including cash handling, drawer balancing, and audits (arqueos)
• Perform cross-selling of financial products such as credit cards, insurance, and portabilities
• Develop commercial skills and establish synergy with the branch work team
• Apply customer service knowledge to resolve user inquiries effectively

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Titulado or Pasante) in economic-administrative areas
• At least 1 year of experience in cashiering, call center, customer service, or sales roles
• Proven experience in cash handling and sales processes
• Strong skills in customer service and commercial labor
