Responsibilities

• Receive and control cash and documents delivered by various departments, ensuring correct validation.
• Prepare and coordinate daily sales liquidations for collection by value services.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cash assistants to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Prepare and deposit cash into the value box and ensure correct handover to the collection company.
• Manage payroll payments for personnel without debit cards and other authorized payments.
• Elaborate and control reports, reconciliations, and records of cash inflows and outflows.
• Apply and comply with internal control, quality, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or completed technical degree.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in cashier or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of SAP (cashier module).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of cash management, value control, and liquidation processes.
