CAFM Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the CAFM platform to ensure alignment with organizational standards
• Manage asset registers, PPM plans, maintenance schedules, and project data
• Track work order lifecycles, including preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Generate and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports to management and stakeholders
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal CAFM-related helpdesk queries and user support
• Assign work orders to appropriate resources based on skill, location, and availability
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Audit and validate system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Support the onboarding of new properties, assets, and maintenance programs into the system
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a CAFM Operator within the Facility Management industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with CAFM software such as MIMS, MAXIMO, ORACLE, or MRI/FSI
