Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end service in the heart of the French Alps.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and replenish the breakfast buffet (drinks, pastries, cereals, etc.)
- Manage supplies and inventory for the cafeteria activity
- Monitor expiration dates (DLC) in coordination with the Maître d'hôtel
- Receive, control, and store incoming products
- Prepare and deliver room service trays
- Collect used trays from guest floors
- Clean and maintain the cafeteria and equipment
- Participate in inventory counts and pre-service briefings
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Proficiency in English
- Autonomous, discreet, and organized
- Strong communication skills
