About the Company

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and replenish the breakfast buffet (drinks, pastries, cereals, etc.)
• Manage supplies and inventory for the cafeteria activity
• Monitor expiration dates (DLC) in coordination with the Maître d'hôtel
• Receive, control, and store incoming products
• Prepare and deliver room service trays
• Collect used trays from guest floors
• Clean and maintain the cafeteria and equipment
• Participate in inventory counts and pre-service briefings
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Proficiency in English
• Autonomous, discreet, and organized
• Strong communication skills
