Responsibilities

• Ensure impeccable guest welcome and follow-up during breakfast service
• Respect the setup indicated in the standards manual
• Anticipate guest needs
• Manage product orders and optimize F&B ratios
• Work in compliance with HACCP standards
• Clean common areas including the dining room, kitchen, and lobby

Requirements

• Proficiency in French and English (a third language is a plus)
• Strong sense of service and sales techniques
• Impeccable presentation
• Courteous, smiling, and available
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
