About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the breakfast buffet, including restocking and food preparation
- Cook and set up various breakfast products
- Welcome and assist guests during the breakfast service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, floors, and restrooms
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding
- Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Requirements
- Mandatory knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Must have a personal vehicle for commuting
- Dynamic, organized, and autonomous personality
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering is a plus
Benefits
- Fixed morning schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Part-time position with potential for long-term contract (CDI)
