About the Company

Hullo Poro Oy is a Finnish tourism company founded in 1988, known for Hotel Hullu Poro, several restaurants, and the Tonttula Experience Village in Levi. We employ nearly 250 people and provide unique experiences in the Lapland snow.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and smooth customer service, including taking orders and serving products
• Prepare coffee drinks and snacks according to recipes and quality guidelines
• Handle cash register operations, payments, and bookkeeping
• Maintain cleanliness, including dishwashing and surface cleaning
• Assist with inventory, receiving products, and shelving
• Work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and seasonal extended hours

Requirements

• Customer service mindset and a positive attitude
• Reliable and responsible work ethic with ability to work in a team
• Experience in cafe or restaurant industry is an advantage
• Hygiene passport is an advantage
• Good Finnish language skills; English is an advantage
