About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with cafe guests and create a culture of hospitality
- Understand the food and beverage menu to provide suggestions and answer questions
- Manage guest recovery situations effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Complete tasks and prep as assigned by the Team Lead or Student Cafe Executive Officer
- Demonstrate open communication, self-awareness, and initiative to improve operations
- Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment
- Arrive on time in uniform prepared to work
