About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with cafe guests to create a culture of hospitality
- Understand the food and beverage menu to provide suggestions and answer questions
- Manage and solve guest recovery situations effectively
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Complete tasks and prep as assigned by Team Lead or Student Cafe Executive Officer
- Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment

- Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
- Able to stoop, kneel, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- Able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
