About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with cafe guests and create a culture of hospitality
  • Understand the food and beverage menu to provide suggestions and answer questions
  • Effectively manage and solve guest recovery situations
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
  • Complete tasks and prep as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Student Cafe Executive Officer
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment
