About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with cafe guests and create a culture of hospitality
- Understand the food and beverage menu to provide suggestions and answer questions
- Effectively manage and solve guest recovery situations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Complete tasks and prep as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Student Cafe Executive Officer
- Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment
