About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with cafe guests to create a culture of hospitality
- Understand the food and beverage menu to provide suggestions and answer questions
- Effectively manage and solve guest recovery situations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the entire cafe
- Complete tasks and prep as assigned by Team Lead and/or Student Cafe Executive Officer
- Demonstrate open communication, self-awareness, and initiative to improve operations
- Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment
- Arrive in uniform on time and prepared to work
