Cafe Team Member

Responsibilities

• Engage with cafe guests to create a culture of hospitality and provide menu suggestions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe and complete assigned tasks and prep
• Communicate openly, demonstrate self-awareness, and take initiative to improve operations
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced service environment

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to remember and recall details of a complex menu and operations
• Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
• Able to stoop, kneel, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
• Able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred
