Café Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in overseeing and operating the CITY Café and Wine Bar
• Assign monthly duties and monitor café appearance using ServSafe audit checklists
• Manage inventory for multiple locations using the "first in, first out" process
• Submit orders and monitor café equipment, scheduling repairs as needed
• Train new Baristas and Bartenders on service and equipment usage
• Assist in planning and executing showroom openings and special events to drive sales
• Travel up to 50% to different café locations within the South Florida region

Requirements

• High-School Diploma required
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a related café or hospitality field
