Cafe Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and reconcile daily takings
• Train and mentor a small team of staff
• Prepare, present, and serve food and drinks to a high standard
• Provide outstanding barista services to residents and visitors
• Assist with catering for village events and resident functions
• Work closely with the Chef Manager to ensure a welcoming café experience

Requirements

• Previous experience running daily operations in a café or hospitality business
• Experience leading a team
• Superb barista skills
• Warm, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
