Cafe Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure products and services meet the highest standards
• Supervise, manage, and motivate the team members
• Support the management team in driving improvements in sales and service quality
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

• Proven food and beverage knowledge
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• High awareness of Health and Safety regulations
