Cafe Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure high standards of product and service
• Supervise, manage, and motivate the cafe team
• Support the management team in driving sales and improving service quality
• Maintain high levels of Food Safety and Health & Safety standards

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Thorough awareness of food health and safety regulations
