Cafe Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, scheduling, staffing, and cleanliness
• Lead and recruit location staff to build an efficient team
• Partner with the store manager and HQ to execute the brand vision
• Support the team by assisting with various tasks as needed
• Develop a deep understanding of the Madhappy brand and customer base

Requirements

• 2+ years of coffee and/or coffee-related experience
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
• Previous experience working in a small team environment
• Valid New York Food Handler's License
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
