Cafe Pool Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service
• Process and prepare food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and charge transactions, including balancing the drawer at shift open and close
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and stocking supplies
• Complete side duties and other tasks as assigned to ensure high service standards

Requirements

• Current Arizona Food Handlers Card
• At least 6 months of basic food or customer service experience
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire through company training
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible schedule to work varied shifts
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to medium physical work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cafe or restaurant experience in a high-end health club, country club, or resort setting
• Back of the House experience
