Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop the team
• Create a positive, high-performing culture
• Manage schedules, payroll, and attendance
• Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality standards
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and operational compliance
• Keep cafés clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Build strong connections within the local community

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality or retail
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and interest in specialty coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or retail
• Proven ability to develop staff in leadership and service quality
