About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, manage, and motivate the cafe team
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer experience
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales and service quality
  • Manage team performance through training, mentoring, and regular evaluations
  • Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
