About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and motivate the cafe team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of customer experience
- Drive continuous improvement in sales and service quality
- Manage team performance through training, mentoring, and regular evaluations
- Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations
