Cafe Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leadership Team in overseeing staffing, hiring, coaching, and training
• Assist with purchasing, vendor relations, inventories, and maintaining food/beverage service standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee the resolution of any dining experience issues
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and accommodate special dietary needs
• Work with Restaurant and Store Management to deliver exceptional events and programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with staff and management
• Troubleshoot operational issues involving kitchen equipment, POS, and reservation systems
• Lead by example in all areas of the business to ensure safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exposure to both front and back of house operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including constant walking/standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Current State Sanitation, ServSafe, and Safe Alcohol Consumption certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Eatec, InfoGenesis, Zomato, or JTech paging systems
