Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, cost of goods (COGs), labor, and operational targets
• Build and nurture a highly skilled team
• Execute inventory management, invoicing, payroll, and scheduling
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and food safety
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Drive café-level sales through service, merchandising, and local marketing
• Promote a positive team culture and inclusive café environment
• Implement brand standards as directed by leadership

Requirements

• F&B leadership experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per shift)
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience
