About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Café Ambassadors to drive professional and personal development
- Facilitate exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a welcoming and engaging Café environment
- Build community alliances by collaborating with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities to plan events
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve customer-based goals and metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador by showcasing digital tools, mobile experiences, and financial products
- Manage the physical space and collaborate with vendors to generate new business
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer, Retail, or Financial Services
- At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years of Retail Bank experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Customer, Retail, or Financial Services
- 2+ years of People Management experience
