Café Barista

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including drip coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty options
• Prepare and serve seasonal small plates
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and promote menu items and Flow merchandise
• Process customer payments accurately
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for coffee, milk, food products, and supplies
• Maintain café cleanliness by arranging furniture and organizing the workspace
• Engage with the wellness community and stay informed about Flow Events and Immersion programs
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of barista or café attendant experience
• Experience working in an upscale craft coffee shop with a focus on single origin and artisanal ingredients
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new store openings and systems implementation
• Experience developing company culture
• Valid Food Handler’s certificate
