Cafe Attendant

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and engaging guest experiences and consistent service
• Take and serve customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment
• Prepare, present, and cook food while maintaining high-standard food displays
• Assist with café menu development and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, kitchen work areas, tables, and dining areas
• Adhere to all operational procedures and WHS requirements

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments
• Hospitality qualification or equivalent industry experience
• Food Handling Certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Barista training (highly regarded)
• Availability for early starts (6:00 am), weekends, and public holidays
• A positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for guest interaction
