Café Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including toasties, croissants, and hot and cold drinks
• Assist with café operations to maintain a smooth and clean workflow alongside the barista
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with guests and responding to their needs
• Work a rotating roster which may include early morning shifts starting at 5am or 7am

Requirements

• Prior experience in a café environment
• Barista skills
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
• Valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand
