Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of operations including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Manage inventory, invoices, payroll, and schedule submission
• Maintain a standard of excellence for all food and beverages sold
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment and maintain equipment functionality
• Drive sales growth through improved service, merchandising, and local marketing
• Coach and inspire team members to foster passion and engagement
• Implement brand standards as directed by leadership

Requirements

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation to travel to all locations
• Strong team building and communication skills
• High initiative and self-management abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per workday)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Specialty coffee experience
