Responsibilities

• Work alongside the GM to achieve goals related to Sales, COGs, Labor, and Pace
• Participate in inventory, invoice, payroll, and schedule submission
• Maintain a standard of excellence for all food and beverages sold
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure equipment is functioning
• Drive sales growth through improved service, merchandising, and events
• Coach and inspire passion and engagement across all teams
• Implement brand standards as directed by leadership

Requirements

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel to all locations
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong team building and communication skills
• High initiative and self-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per workday)
