Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Kitchen Manager in all aspects of café operations
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team leadership
• Manage inventory, invoices, payroll, and schedule submission
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure equipment is in working order
• Drive sales growth through improved service and clean merchandising
• Implement brand standards and maintain excellence in food and beverage quality
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, quality-focused culture

Requirements

• Strong team building and clear communication skills
• Great organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High initiative and self-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per workday)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all locations
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Specialty coffee experience is a plus
