Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient catering service and prepare food as required
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain a hygienic catering area and operate equipment safely
• Ensure high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets

• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach
• Ability to work flexibly and follow manager instructions
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Welsh language skills are desirable
