Cafe and Wine Bar Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, baked goods, and alcoholic beverages
• Maximize café sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and world-class service
• Manage cash and credit transactions using the cash register
• Maintain the cleanliness of the KC Café by following daily checklists and ServSafe standards
• Order and maintain proper inventory of beverages and glassware using the "first in, first out" process
• Assist the team during showroom events, grand openings, and special "Wine & Design" sessions

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of food service experience
• ServSafe Certification
