Cafe and Wine Bar Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, baked goods, and alcoholic beverages
• Manage cash and credit transactions using the cash register
• Maximize café sales through suggestive selling and upselling techniques
• Maintain the cleanliness of the CITY Café following ServSafe standards
• Manage inventory of beverages and glassware using the "first in, first out" process
• Assist with showroom events such as "Wine & Design" and grand openings

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of food service experience
• ServSafe Certification
