Café All-Rounder/Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and various café beverages
• Deliver warm and attentive customer service, including table service
• Process orders and payments using the POS system
• Assist with basic food preparation, such as making sandwiches
• Support kitchen operations through dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking
• Manage end-of-day closing tasks, including pack-down and maintaining café cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Basic experience in food safety or food handling
• A reliable, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist with cleaning and prep tasks
