CAE NVH Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate FE models for NVH simulations using ANSA
• Perform modal, frequency response, vibration, and durability-related analyses using Abaqus and Nastran
• Conduct NVH studies including Modal Analysis, FRF, TPA, and Acoustic/Vibration Analysis
• Correlate CAE results with test data and recommend design improvements
• Analyze noise and vibration issues and provide engineering solutions
• Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders
• Support optimization activities to improve vehicle and component NVH performance

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in CAE NVH
• Strong expertise in ANSA for FE model building and meshing
• Hands-on experience with Abaqus and MSC Nastran
• Deep understanding of structural dynamics and NVH fundamentals
• Proficiency in Modal, Harmonic, and Frequency Domain Analysis
• Experience in automotive CAE simulations
• Ability to interpret and correlate simulation and test results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
