About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist CAE specialists in area activities
- Provide high-quality technical support to academic users
- Use Ansys tools for contact with academic users
- Support the production of computational simulation courses offered by the ESSS Institute
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in 5th semester or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Civil, Aerospace, Naval Engineering, or related fields
- Availability to work onsite in São Paulo for 2 years
- Availability for business hours (8h-15h or 9h-16h), Monday to Friday
- Completed courses in Solid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, or related subjects
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of numerical methods
- Intermediate English for reading and comprehension
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM)
- Knowledge of Ansys Mechanical and CAD software
- Previous experience with FEA simulation packages in academic research or extension projects (Formula, Baja, Aerodesign, etc.)
- Intermediate Spanish
