CAE FEA Applications Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of customer support operations
• Provide support for pre-sales commercial activities and software demonstrations
• Assist in the development of consulting projects using numerical simulation tools

Requirements

• Currently studying Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, Civil, Aerospace, or Naval Engineering
• Availability for a minimum 1-year internship
• Theoretical knowledge of solid mechanics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Proactive and organized personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical and LS-Dyna
• Knowledge of numerical methods
• Basic understanding of Spanish
• Previous experience with FEA simulation packages in academic research or extension projects (Formula, Baja, Aerodesign, etc.)
