Cadets Success Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the Success & Performance Manager and act as a deputy when required
• Act as the primary focal point for cadet inquiries and administrative activities to ensure a smooth training journey
• Facilitate communication between cadets and instructors
• Manage and maintain training records, documentation, and cadet databases
• Update systems with critical data, including license validations, medical cards, and expiry dates for GCAA/CAA compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time training and maintain confidential training reports
• Provide budgeting reports to the finance and payroll departments
• Organize workshops and seminars focused on career development, leadership, and mental well-being
• Offer guidance to cadets regarding program challenges and professional goal setting
• Collect and analyze cadet feedback to identify areas for program improvement
• Facilitate licensing and certification processes and manage duty rosters and sick leaves

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or support role
• Familiarity with the aviation industry and pilot training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing regulations efficiently
