Cadet BIM Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering documentation and undertake coordination using Revit, ACC, Revizto, and other platforms
• Undertake multi-discipline design detailing duties related to building services projects (electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, or fire protection)
• Execute modeling and drafting work within professional standards and time constraints
• Assist with computational design tasks, including coding and automation

Requirements

• Technical understanding of Revit modeling, drafting, and building design coordination
• TAFE or IAT qualification in BIM, or up to 2 years of industry experience in building services modeling
• Background in MEP contracting or design
• Ability to troubleshoot BIM issues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize work within a team
