Responsibilities
- Prepare as-built drawings and working drawings for roadway, sewer, and water main projects
- Utilize specifications and final estimates for project documentation
- Participate in field surveys and engineering investigations
- Attend meetings and prepare technical calculations and reports
Requirements
- Must be permanent in the Engineering Technician title
- Must be reachable on the Open-Competitive List (Exam #2040 or Exam #5068)
- High school diploma and two years of experience as an engineering technician, or an Associate degree in engineering technology
- Valid New York State Motor Vehicle Driver License may be required
