About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate and optimize machining programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit, TopSolid)
- Analyze design data and technical plans to ensure quality, productivity, and safety
- Write instruction sheets and manufacturing sequences
- Support production implementation and monitor machined parts
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize costs, lead times, and quality
- Participate in resolving non-conformities
Requirements
- Degree (Bac+2/BTS/DUT) in mechanical manufacturing, production, or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software: Mastercam, Esprit, or TopSolid (milling and/or turning)
- Knowledge of machining techniques, cutting tools, and CNC programming languages (ISO, Fanuc)
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans
- Experience with SGpost post-processing and NcSimul 9 simulation
- Familiarity with Siemens CNC controls
- Basic knowledge of metrology and quality control
- Defense clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a CAD/CAM Technician
- Experience machining small to medium-sized aluminum parts in 2-3 axes or multi-positioning
