CAD Technician - Water

Responsibilities

• Undertake building of gravity and pressure pipe models for water infrastructure
• Design surface models for a wide range of water infrastructure
• Create and produce 2D drawings from concept to construction
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment with designers and engineers
• Contribute to project report preparations and assist seniors in meetings or workshops
• Work across the entire project lifecycle, including onsite construction monitoring

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a CAD or Civil engineering diploma (or graduating by end of 2026)
• Strong interest in water engineering
• Ability to use initiative and a positive, can-do attitude
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Full clean current driving licence preferred
• Valid working rights (Student Visa, Permanent Resident, or Citizen)
